1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cricexch platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, or any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and cricexch.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cricexch platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. cricexch recommends that you review these terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users accessing the platform from Bangladesh, including players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. By registering, you represent that your use of the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The cricexch platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing on cricexch.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by cricexch for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of cricexch or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with cricexch.

cricexch takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. If you have reason to believe that a minor has accessed or is using the platform, please contact our support team immediately at support@cricexch so that we can take appropriate action.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cricexch services — including depositing, betting, and withdrawing — you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active cricexch account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, cricexch reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify cricexch support immediately.

cricexch will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from cricexch that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cricexch may at any time require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) by submitting copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by cricexch may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cricexch are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your cricexch account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmed payment, depending on the method used.
• cricexch does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• cricexch reserves the right to request proof of deposit method ownership before processing withdrawals.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically settled within an average of eight (8) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• cricexch reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to processing.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player within the reversal window shown in the cashier section; once processed they cannot be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cricexch may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings derived from free bets are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of those funds can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

cricexch actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine play. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited, and the account suspended or permanently closed.

5.3 Promotion Validity

All promotions have an expiry date and time. Bonus funds or free bets not used before expiry will be forfeited without compensation. cricexch reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

cricexch may run seasonal promotions aligned with culturally significant periods in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions carry the same bonus rules and wagering requirements as standard promotions unless stated otherwise.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, live casino, and crash game activity on cricexch is subject to the specific rules governing each game or market type, as well as the general platform rules outlined in this section.

6.1 Sportsbook

Bets accepted by cricexch on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports are binding once confirmed. cricexch reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred, where the event result is subject to official investigation, or where the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play period.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games — including slots, table games, live dealer titles, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment streamed in real time. 6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cricexch platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in poker or live table games.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially illicit purpose.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after wagering the deposited funds.

6.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session or bet placement, cricexch will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, cricexch does not guarantee continuity of service and shall not be liable for losses arising from network interruptions, server downtime, or platform errors beyond its reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

cricexch is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform offers a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period selected by the player.

cricexch reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit limits, session limits, or full account suspension — on any account that shows patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, even without a formal player request to do so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your cricexch account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by cricexch

cricexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses and bonus funds are forfeited. Real-money balances held in closed accounts may be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to cricexch, subject to completed identity verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or terms violation will have all balances forfeited.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cricexch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from errors, interruptions, or account closures carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by cricexch.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and cricexch, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. cricexch will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the platform's dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from the support team upon request.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the cricexch platform — including a disputed bet result, a payment issue, or a concern about how your account has been handled — please contact our support team in the first instance at support@cricexch. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five (5) business days.
